Who we are
Based in Sausalito, this chimney sweep and repair business covers the wider Marin County area. There is no storefront to walk into — every job happens on-site at the customer’s own property, whether that is a hillside home or a houseboat out at Waldo Point Harbor.
Five services make up the work: sweep, cleaning, inspection, repair and cap installation. Any one technician can scope all five, and whichever the job actually calls for gets handled by that same crew, start to finish.

How a visit actually goes
Before any tool, brush or vacuum gets near a firebox, protection goes down over the floor and hearth. A sweep or cleaning job keeps a sealed HEPA vacuum running the entire time it’s underway. Repair work gets its scope put in writing before a single thing starts — a driveway estimate given verbally is not how that goes.

Twenty miles out from central Sausalito defines the coverage area, taking in Sausalito plus San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, San Anselmo, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Tiburon and Fairfax. An address sitting just past that line is still worth a call — coverage gets confirmed before anything gets booked.
